Planning for Lakelands' Future

Peet Limited is planning for the future growth of Lakelands Private Estate as more and more Perth homebuyers look to call the estate home.

Part of the future at Lakelands will see the development of the Lakelands town centre that will include a major supermarket, specialty stores and a regional community facility.

The Lakelands town centre will be located in the north-western area of the estate adjacent to Mandurah Road and will provide residents convenient access to shopping, entertainment and community facilities.

Elsewhere, planning is also underway for the release of the first stages of highly sought-after land located east of the Mandurah railway line.

The eastern precinct comprises two significant wetland areas – Black Swan and Paganoni lakes – this area of the estate is expected to be released in 2010/11.
